In this workshop we move from dependency on sources that drain our energy to initiating our internal source of fuel and guidance.  This experience will unlock repressed access to your birthrights, and connect you with resources that cannot be depleted. These skills activate the power within to change not only your life, but the lives of those around you.  Begin to build sustainable systems and relationships for new ways of living and thriving in Pachamama. 

What to expect: This hands-on experience will build skills for resetting defensive embodied patterns with breath, movement, touch, and focused attention. We use somato-respiratory integration exercises to engage our human physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual resources. The community of participants weave a supportive container of deep personal integration and growth.
