In the ‘Wisdom of the Body, Wisdom of Nature’ Course, you experienced a journey of deep re-connection. Many of you have requested to learn more, expressed the desire to continue your growth, and asked "what is next?".
Our advanced program, Nurturing the Seeds of the Soul, will deepen your inner resources and further open your connection to the wisdom of your soul. In this Program, you will learn and embody practices that support a strong foundation for you to continue to grow and thrive.
As you may recall, when you connected with yourself and nature you experienced some big changes. Since that time, you may have had new realizations which have further illuminated some of the common sources of disconnection. You may be understanding how sneaky they can be! The good news is that once we decide to embody our wisdom using nature’s principles, you change, and so do the rules of the game! This is an ongoing process, and we can continue to learn, deepen and grow throughout our life. We are excited to take you to the next level.
The Season of Winter contains natural instructions for energizing and germinating the seeds of our potential. As we learn to align our human focus and actions with the seasons of nature, we experience the gifts of life itself expressed more fully through us.
The call: Is there a project, dream, desire that you wish to explore? It can be big or small. All that matters is that it is special and important to you!
The program: An 8 week exploration during this Winter Season, designed to support you in embracing the inner depths of your nascent wisdom, in order to bring about potent germination. This program is quite a bit more in depth than ‘Wisdom of the Body, Wisdom of Nature’, and will involve individualized personal instruction designed to meet each participant with precise presence. Workshops and meetings will be held on Sundays starting at 11 EST, but will be of varying length. Small group and private sessions will be scheduled throughout as per the participants/mentors schedules. 3-4 hours/week of self-exploration is required. The last 4 weeks will be self-study within the held container, and we will conclude with a final workshop finale.

Seasons of Human Experience
Our embodiment of life occurs in seasons, just like in nature. Understanding and embodying the rhythms of human nature, restores our access to the resources of our birthrights. These unalienable resources are abundant and available to all human beings regardless of position, location, or wealth. This program will connect participants with their season of winter. Hallmarks of this season are the ability to be present and grounded with what lies beneath the surface, with our optimum potential, and the incredible potency of the seeds of our soul. Deepening of connection with the rhythms of stage 1 and stage 2, as well as the introduction of Stage 3 and Stage 4 will take participants fully through these ‘winter’ resources of inner and seed preparation. The embodied connections bring deep healing, a ‘sense’ of inner truth, empowerment, and new sovereignty.
Private and partner sessions with Cynthia will provide personalized adjustments and instruction. Refine your skill at accessing all your self healing resources in the moment.
Animo Wakhay
Experience the transformative effects of a traditional Animo Wakhay (loosely translated as “soul retrieval”) process with Ellen to begin our Course together. In this session Ellen will be working with you individually to help to retrieve aspects of yourself/your energy bubble that were lost in a traumatic or difficult experience. You determine which experience you want to work with for the session, and Ellen will work with her nature beings, nature parents and the global elemental energies, along with a despacho/haywaricuy offering made specially for this process, to help to bring the lost pieces of yourself back and integrate them into your energy bubble. In this process, you will be receiving a very strong reconnection with aspects of your power you may have lost long ago. These aspects of yourself, as they find their way back into your bubble and your consciousness, will help you to move forward with more energy, power, motivation and clarity, for the rest of the Course together...and beyond!
Despacho/Haywaricuy
To conclude our time together for the first month, and to solidly lay down the prayer and framework for your vision/project, we will be making a full despacho/haywaricuy together (personalized to you). Ellen will provide instruction in one of our group sessions for how to prepare this offering, you will take some time between classes to gather the necessary materials, and we will all make them together, on zoom, with Ellen providing full guidance for the process. The creation of this offering is perfectly timed with Imbolc, that moment every year in early February where we plant our first seeds and begin to feel/see/sense the returning light getting ready to support the nourishment and growth of our dreams. A Despacho or Haywaricuy), is a traditional offering filled with prayers, sweets, flowers, grains, seeds, nuts and other special items that is made with a specific request in mind. All the realms and powers of nature are called in to support the manifestation of one’s prayers when making this offering. It is a very beautiful and potent way to bring more Sami (nectar) to exactly those places you need in your life.
You will move forward from this Course being able to create future offerings like the one we make together as well, as you will have full instructions for how to make these by the end of our Course.
We aim to create an exceptionally valuable program. We hope you love it as it is designed. We also understand that everyone’s situation is a little different and some people will want more feedback and more support. Others may be so inspired that they want guidance into greater depths. This Course is only open to participants of ‘Wisdom of the Body, Wisdom of Nature’, as this is an advanced mentoring program designed to deepen and build from what you received in the ‘Wisdom’ Course.
