Nature Practice INtegration

Essential Embodiment Tools

Clear, deepen, and expand cellular communication with all of nature

Healing the industrialized disconnection

Generations of trauma have disconnected humans from our embodied connection to self and nature. Further, in western culture we are taught from birth not to trust the nature of our bodies, blocking us from the natural flow of abundant resource.

Our nervous systems have adapted and we live in states of self-anesthesia. States of chronic stress ensure the patterns remain by keeping the nervous system in a continuous state of protection. However, the answers to unlocking these subconscious blocks lie within us. Using our bodies to re-engage our awareness of our humanness, we heal. We remember and learn to turn towards our abundant inner knowing.

In this program, participants gain new understanding of their nervous system and experience immediate, palpable shifts from hands-on practices. This deeper safety within activates healing functions of the nervous system to dismantle our subconscious disconnection, clear interference in our sensory system, and expand our capacity to communicate with all of nature.

This program is designed exclusively for students and graduates of the Eagle Condor program, https://www.eaglecondorcouncil.org/intensive, to deepen and enrich their self healing and earth stewardship.
